Who We Are

Golden Bay Floors is a family-owned hardwood flooring company based in San Francisco's Outer Richmond neighborhood. Founded in 1997, we've spent over three decades installing, refinishing, and restoring floors across the Bay Area.

We specialize exclusively in hardwood and SPC/LVP flooring — no carpet, no tile. Just floors we know inside and out, installed and finished by a crew that has been doing this for decades.

We were introduced to a different flooring installer but purchased our floors from Golden Bay. The service from Golden Bay was excellent, but we were not thrilled with our original installer, so partway through the project we switched to Golden Bay and again, they were excellent. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up as if they had never been there - plus the floors look great and they did a fantastic job with uneven concrete beneath. Will definitely use them again.
